IWB Kydex Holsters
Custom IWB Kydex holster development for OEM, wholesale and private-label programs.
Program options
CarryMold develops products against an approved fit reference, dimensional brief or customer-supplied data. The objective is a repeatable specification—not an off-the-shelf claim of universal compatibility.
- Minimalist single-clip IWB shells
- Appendix and AIWB sidecar layouts
- Hybrid shells with comfort backers
- Light-bearing configurations
- Alternative clip and belt-loop packages
Engineering and approval focus
IWB programs balance concealment, comfort, access and stability. Critical review points include ride height, cant, trigger-area coverage, sweat-guard height, clip spacing and adjustment range.
Each program can define thermoplastic grade and thickness, edge geometry, drainage, eyelet pattern, hardware, color, marking and bulk or retail packaging. Prototype review should confirm fit, access, retention, mounting stability and intended user interaction before repeat production.

Can you manufacture a private-label IWB holster?
Yes. Development can include custom geometry, hardware, finish, marking and packaging after the fit and retention specification is approved.
Is one IWB shell compatible with every model?
No. Compatibility must be defined and verified for each approved reference configuration.
Can clip position and ride height be changed?
They can be evaluated during development, subject to geometry, strength and safe-clearance review.
