A shoulder-worn molded carry system developed as a balanced harness assembly with defined primary load, counterload, strap routing and garment conditions.
Balanced-harness architecture
The primary carrier, opposite-side component and connecting straps distribute load across the shoulders and torso. Attachment points and adjustment range affect ride, swing, garment printing and whether either component shifts during movement.
Program decisions
| Decision | Buyer input | Approval evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Load pair | Primary equipment and counterload/stabilizer | Complete loaded assembly |
| Harness geometry | Torso range, junction, strap path and adjustment limits | Representative fit matrix |
| Carry position | Horizontal/vertical angle, height and access direction | Configured handling review |
| Garment interface | Named layers, closures and clearance needs | Access/concealment trial |
Sample approval focus
Check balance, strap migration, adjustment retention, loaded swing, access, garment clearance, hardware contact and the relationship between both sides across the approved wearer range.
