A modular molded platform developed for a named webbing panel, occupied footprint, attachment method and equipment load.
Interface architecture
The molded platform connects a carrier to a webbing-mounted adapter or strap system. Hole pattern, stand-off, fastener length and adapter path determine whether the system installs cleanly and resists unwanted rotation.
Program decisions
| Decision | Buyer input | Approval evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Host panel | Approved webbing or laser-cut reference | Installed sample review |
| Footprint | Rows, columns and neighboring clearance | Occupied-area record |
| Orientation | Vertical, horizontal or approved angles | Load and movement check |
| Adapter stack | Strap or clip, holes, posts, screws and spacers | Engagement and anti-rotation inspection |
Sample approval focus
Verify threading or attachment sequence, occupied footprint, orientation, movement, release method, edge contact, hardware protrusion and clearance to the carried equipment.
