A reduced-component inside-the-waistband platform developed around the exact approved fit reference, essential coverage and a deliberately simple attachment system.
Single-shell architecture
The shell carries fit, retention and structural load while a compact clip or loop establishes the belt interface. Removing material can change stiffness, edge contact and attachment leverage, so the released trim boundary belongs to the functional specification.
Program decisions
| Decision | Buyer input | Approval evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Coverage | Required protected zones, opening and trim boundary | Configured visual and access review |
| Retention | Contact zone, adjustment and test condition | Approved functional result |
| Attachment | Clip/loop, belt range, ride and cant | Installed sample at allowed settings |
| Contact edges | Named skin/garment zones and finish target | Golden sample and edge inspection |
Sample approval focus
Inspect seating, access, retention adjustment, clip engagement, fastener clearance, shell flex and every user-contact edge on the exact approved configuration.
