A torso-mounted molded carry system developed around the approved equipment configuration, harness geometry, body-size range and working environment.
Chest-platform architecture
The molded shell connects through anchors or an adapter panel to a multi-strap harness. Strap angles and load position determine stability, pressure distribution, breathing clearance and conflict with other worn equipment.
Program decisions
| Decision | Buyer input | Approval evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Wearer/layers | Torso range, clothing and protective-equipment conditions | Representative fit matrix |
| Harness | Strap path, adjustment, anchors and release method | Identified loaded assembly |
| Position/access | Height, angle, handedness and required reach path | Configured handling review |
| Environment | Moisture, heat/cold, dirt and cleaning exposure | Agreed conditioning/inspection |
Sample approval focus
Review adjustment range, strap slippage, anchor and fastener clearance, loaded bounce/rotation, access, breathing and movement clearance, edge contact and interaction with named adjacent equipment.
