A wearable interface platform developed to connect approved molded carriers or holsters to a named belt and controlled adapter family.
Wearable interface architecture
The belt attachment transfers load into a rigid or semi-rigid platform, then through the adapter and fastener stack into the carrier. Stack height and offset influence leverage, movement, neighboring clearance and user contact.
Program decisions
| Decision | Buyer input | Approval evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Host belt | Width, thickness, stiffness and edge profile | Installed sample on named belts |
| Carrier interface | Hole pattern, adapter and allowed orientation | Alignment and engagement review |
| Load path | Maximum approved carrier/load and offset | Movement, flex and anti-rotation check |
| Change function | Release/lock sequence and service access | Configured operation and inspection |
Sample approval focus
Check belt engagement, occupied width, carrier clearance, allowed orientation, lock/release action, fastener engagement, loaded movement and user-contact surfaces.
Related mounting guidance
